FAQ

How should I pick the length of my ShareCover policy?

Choosing a policy that suits your needs is ultimately your responsibility. And with any decision about a product, you should read the Product Disclosure Statements.

ShareCover offers three distinct policies – a ‘Pay-per-night’ policy, a ‘Short Stay Rental – Apartment’ policy and a ‘Short Stay Rental – House’ policy. Each provide cover for different durations. ‘Pay-per-night’ insures periods from 1 to 90 days. Both the ‘Short Stay Rental Apartment and House’ policies offer both 6 and 12-month insurance periods.

In making the decision about which duration of cover to purchase, you may want to consider how often you will rent your property using recognised sharing economy platforms and the length of the period over which this renting will take place.

If you are still unsure about which policy suits you best, don't hesitate to contact us.
