ShareCover provides cover for natural perils under both the Short-stay Rental Apartment policy for strata properties and under the Short-stay Rental House policy for free-standing properties.

Short-stay Rental Apartment natural perils cover applies to your property, if and only if:

• The home is owned or rented under a Lease by you; and
• The home is owned under a company share, stratum or strata title; and
• You informed us that the home is owned under company share, stratum or strata title prior to commencement of the period of insurance; and
• Relevant loss or damage is not otherwise covered under any company share, stratum or strata title insurance of any other insurance policy of another person; and
• The period of insurance for your policy is 6 or 12 months

Short-stay Rental House natural perils cover applies to your property, if and only if: i. The home is owned or rented under a Lease by you; and ii. The period of insurance for your policy is 6 or 12 months
