Why isn't PayPal working?
If you are having issues with PayPal not showing up when you select it in the payments section and you are using a google chrome browser, you might have your pop-up blocker enabled. As PayPal is an external provider, you need to allow these pop-ups.
This pop-up blocker appears on the far right side in your address bar. Click on the small icon, you can see that pop-ups have been blocked for that page.
To allow PayPal to run properly:
- Click the pop-up icon (in the address bar)
- Click the link for the pop-up you'd like to see
- To always see PayPal pop-ups select "Always allow pop-ups from ShareCover" and select 'finished'
If this still isn't loading, refresh the page after step 3 and select pay with PayPal again. This should allow PayPal to progress as normal.
