Is damage done to common areas in my apartment covered by ShareCover?
Loss or damage to or from any common areas isn’t covered if you rent the home under a lease or own your home under a company share, stratum or strata title, except as specifically provided under the ‘Short-stay Rental Apartment Policy’.
