Some hosts contract property management companies who specialise in managing listings on sharing economy platforms like Airbnb, Bookabach, and TripAdvisor, to take care of their short-term rentals.
Importantly, you and your property aren’t necessarily insured for short-term guest rentals, even when using these services.
